Data collection & use – What information do we collect and how do we use it?

When you choose to contact Shakespeare Media to request a quote or a meeting by filling out the form on our contact page, we will be notified by email and promptly follow up. The information collected through the contact form may include your name, phone number, email, company name, your job title, website, and your physical address if you choose to share it. Shakespeare Media will store this information and use it for sales operations — to call or email you back – and client relationship management.

Data sharing – Will you share my information with third parties?

We never will. Shakespeare Media takes prides on being a good corporate production company that takes ethical behavior quite seriously. We recognize sharing or selling your information to third parties as spam, therefore we will never engage in this type of behavior.

How does Shakespeare Media protect my information?

Does Shakespeare Media send mass marketing emails?

No, we do not – all email communication that you could receive from us will be customized to you and your project and may include an email response to your quote request, project status update, or request for more information/clarification, as well as billing-related items. We do not send out marketing emails, nor do we send out Newsletters unless you opt in to our mailing list.

Shakespeare Media monitors its website traffic through Google Analytics (and other similar software suites, such as Google Search Console) for the purposes of research and analysis. Data collected is stored securely as in never shared with third parties nor sold to anyone. Additionally, we never make any efforts (such as IP tracking) to identify the visitors who accessed our website or intrude on their privacy in other ways.
